### 1. Everything is simulated
M$M$ accounts, including funded accounts, are simulated. You do not trade with your own capital or ours on-chain. Balances are fictitious and cannot be withdrawn. The only things paid out are the Payouts earned in accordance with the Terms.
### 2. You can lose what you pay
Most people who buy a challenge in this industry do not pass it. Public industry data: Topstep reports that 16.8% of its 2025 evaluations were completed (topstep.com, accessed on 2026-10-07); a study by FPFX Tech of 300,000 accounts puts the share that passed at 14% and the share that went on to be paid at 7% (Finance Magnates, 18 Sep 2024). Only buy a challenge with money you can afford to lose.
### 3. Meme coins are extremely volatile
They can rise or fall by more than 90% within minutes, run out of liquidity or turn out to be scams (rug pulls, honeypots). On M$M$, a honeypot is closed at a price of 0, as in reality.
### 4. Simulation is not reality
We use real quotes with slippage, but the on-chain outcome could be different (transaction priority, MEV, network congestion). A good result on M$M$ does not guarantee the same result when trading with your own money.
### 5. This is not advice
Nothing we publish (website, videos, social media, bot, support chat, affiliate creators) is an investment recommendation. Creators who promote M$M$ earn a commission: they label it as advertising.
### 6. Risks of being paid in crypto
Payouts arrive in USDC or SOL at the address you give us. Transactions are irreversible: if the address is wrong, they are lost. USDC can lose its peg to the US dollar and the price of SOL can change. You must declare what you receive in accordance with the rules of your country.
### 7. If you feel you are gambling, stop
If you trade to recover losses, buy challenges one after another or feel that you cannot stop, stop buying. Our anti-gambling rules exist for this reason. If you need help, consult the responsible gambling resources in your country (in Spain: jugarbien.es).
### 8. Restrictions
