M$M$ Legal Notice

In accordance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI), the following information is provided:

2.1. This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website memesfunded.com and its subdomains (the "Website"). Visiting the Website implies acceptance of this Legal Notice.

2.2. The purchase and use of Challenges, the Dashboard and the other Services are governed by the Terms and Conditions, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Notice and, where applicable, the Affiliate Programme Terms, all published on the Website. In case of conflict on any matter related to the Services, those documents prevail over this Legal Notice.

2.3. The Website can be visited from any country, but the paid Services are not available to residents of the countries and regions listed in Annex A of the Terms, which include the United States and Spain.

3.1. You undertake to use the Website lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with this Legal Notice. In particular, you may not:

(a) use the Website for unlawful purposes or purposes that harm the rights of M$M$ or of third parties;

(b) introduce viruses or any other harmful code, or carry out actions that may damage, overload or render the Website unusable;

(c) attempt to access restricted areas of the Website, other users' accounts or M$M$'s systems without authorisation;

(d) impersonate M$M$ or other users, or use the Website to send unsolicited communications.

3.2. M$M$ may modify the content, design and configuration of the Website at any time, and may suspend access to it temporarily for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

4.1. The M$M$ and memesfunded names and logos, the design of the Website, its texts, graphics, images, videos, software and other content belong to M$M$ or to its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

4.2. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorisation of M$M$ is prohibited, except for private viewing of the Website, sharing screenshots of your own Dashboard for personal use (clause 18 of the Terms) and the uses permitted by law. Affiliates may use the brand only on the terms of the Affiliate Programme Terms.

4.3. Third-party trademarks, names and logos that may appear on the Website belong to their respective owners. Their mention does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

5.1. All M$M$ accounts are simulated. The content of the Website is informational and educational. It is not an investment recommendation or financial, legal or tax advice. Figures shown in examples are illustrative examples and do not promise results. Please read the Risk Notice.

5.2. M$M$ takes reasonable care to keep the content of the Website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that access will be uninterrupted. Market data shown on the Website comes from third-party sources (clause 13 of the Terms).

5.3. M$M$ is not liable for damage caused by the misuse of the Website by users, by interruptions or failures not attributable to M$M$, or by harmful code introduced by third parties despite the security measures adopted. This clause does not limit liability where the law does not allow it, or your rights as a consumer.

6.1. The Website may contain links to third-party websites (for example, market data sources, payment providers or social networks). M$M$ does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy policies, unless it has actual knowledge that the linked content is unlawful and does not act diligently to remove or disable the link.

6.2. If you become aware of a link to unlawful content, you can notify us at support@memesfunded.com.

6.3. Links to the Website from other websites do not imply any relationship with M$M$ or approval of their content.

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies on the Website are governed by the Privacy Policy.

8.1. This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence, which continue to apply to you if you are a consumer.

8.2. The competent courts are those determined by the applicable consumer protection rules; if you are a consumer, you may in any case bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.

This Legal Notice is written in English. Versions in other languages, including the Spanish version, are informative translations; in case of discrepancy between language versions, the English version prevails.
